Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Birthprint governing your use of our website, applications, personalized reports, chat features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a product, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for confirming that you have permission to submit another person’s name or birth details for a gift or reading.
The Birthprint service
Birthprint combines deterministic astrology and numerology calculations with AI-assisted interpretation to create a personalized, interactive report. You may also be able to purchase or use a limited number of report-grounded follow-up questions.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects a paid feature, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or circumstances beyond our control.
Reflection and entertainment, not advice
Birthprint is intended for reflection, entertainment, and personal insight. Astrology, numerology, and AI-generated interpretation are symbolic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not meaningful to you. The Service does not promise or predict particular outcomes.
Birthprint is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, psychological, relationship, or other qualified advice. Do not use the Service to make urgent or high-stakes decisions. You remain responsible for your choices and for seeking appropriate professional help.
Your content and permissions
You retain any rights you have in information and content you submit. You grant Birthprint a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service and provide features you request.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content and that doing so does not violate law or another person’s rights.
Purchases, delivery, and question credits
Prices, included features, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe’s terms. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the selected product.
Personalized reports may take time to generate. If generation fails, we may retry delivery, provide equivalent access, or offer another remedy appropriate to the circumstances. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, eligibility for refunds is determined by the nature of the issue and whether personalized digital content has already been generated or delivered.
Follow-up question credits are tied to the applicable report, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold. A credit is used when a report-grounded answer is successfully generated; system failures may be retried or restored.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
- submit information you do not have permission to use or seek to expose another person’s private information;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls for the Service;
- use automated means to scrape, copy, or access the Service except as we expressly permit;
- resell the Service, reports, or question credits, or present Birthprint output as professional advice; or
- use the Service to create harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content.
Ownership and license
The Service, including its software, design, branding, methods, and non-user content, is owned by Birthprint or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Birthprint grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and your purchased report for private, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties for functions such as hosting, AI processing, authentication, payments, email, and analytics. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Birthprint is not responsible for third-party products or websites that are outside our control.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Birthprint disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Birthprint and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Birthprint’s total liability for all claims arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Birthprint in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Birthprint concerning the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
