Privacy Policy

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account and contact information: your name, email address, login details, verification status, waitlist details, and messages you send us.
• Birthprint inputs: the subject’s name, birth date, birth time, birth location, and optional current location.
• Generated and submitted content: calculated chart data, reports, follow-up questions, chat responses, and related saved content.
• Transaction information: products purchased, order status, amount, and payment-related identifiers. Stripe processes payment-card information; Birthprint does not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device information: IP address, browser and device details, referring page, pages visited, and coarse product events such as starting checkout or opening a report.

We use personal information to:

• create and secure accounts and verify access;
• calculate, generate, store, and deliver personalized reports;
• answer report-grounded follow-up questions and preserve chat history;
• process purchases and maintain transaction records;
• send service messages, verification emails, and requested updates;
• operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Service; and
• comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.

Birthprint does not place birth details, report text, or chat messages into product analytics.

Birthprint combines deterministic astrology and numerology calculations with AI-assisted interpretation. Information needed to generate a report or answer a question may be sent to AI service providers acting on our behalf. We limit that processing to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature and do not use report or chat content for advertising.

We may disclose information:

• to service providers that support hosting, private storage, AI processing, authentication, email delivery, payments, analytics, security, and error monitoring;
• when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect Birthprint, our users, or the public;
• in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections; or
• with your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for login, security, and core functionality. We also use limited analytics to understand page visits and product milestones. Our analytics configuration does not record form fields, chat content, or report content, and session replay and automatic interaction capture are disabled.

You can control cookies through your browser, although blocking essential storage may prevent parts of the Service from working. Birthprint does not currently change its practices in response to a browser “Do Not Track” signal because there is no consistent industry standard for that signal.

Our baseline retention periods are:

• abandoned unpaid drafts: 30 days;
• sensitive content from failed report generation: 14 days;
• failed-generation operational metadata: 90 days;
• paid reports and chat transcripts: until you delete the Birthprint or your account.

When you request deletion, we remove or redact private report and chat content and revoke access. We may retain limited payment and operational records when reasonably necessary for tax, fraud prevention, chargebacks, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw from marketing messages. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to receive a portable copy, object to certain processing, or appeal a denied request.

To make a request, email privacy@birthprint.ai. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information, including authenticated access and private storage for reports. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Birthprint and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it.

We may update this policy as the Service or applicable law changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when required.
